Eboni Lyn Davis is such a Talented, Spunky, and Unique young woman. She was born on September 22, 1996 in Dallas, Texas at St. Paul’s Children’s hospital. She was born to the late Gary L. Davis (1998) and Paula A. Davis. She has two siblings: Ervin, the eldest and Avery Jr., the youngest.

She attended Lancaster's Beltline Elementary and Elsie Robertson Middle School, developing a love for music.  Her integral band directors, Chauna Hughes, Michael Coley, Adrian D. Bonner, And Louis C. Thomas III, showered her in exhibitions, discussions of contemporary, jazz/swing, symphonic, and show style music, as well as art and cultural necessities. With the different nuances of life and the positive influences of music working hand in hand, she was able to make the State Of Texas Solo And Ensemble for three (3) years of her high school years.

As a young woman, who is a graduating senior at Lancaster High School, Joseph Showell, Principle, she leaves behind a legacy of exaltation, inspiration, and motivation not only at school, but church also. She attends New Birth Baptist Church (444 W. Ledbetter Drive Dallas, TX). While at New Birth, she works with the children of Christ teaching them, she plays with the church band, as well as participates, as captain, of the New Birth Steppers (drill team).

She is working on becoming a successful black woman musician by studying music with a concentration of theory and composition, as well as education at Texas Southern University (Houston, TX). While at TSU, she plans on participating in the Ocean Of Sold Marching Band, their jazz band, and symphonic band. From there, she plans to be reunited with her high school, Lancaster High School, to encourage young children to become more engaged in fine arts. Her drive for excellence will allow her to shape and mold others to continue following their dreams and pursue their passions.
